Job Description
On behalf of our client you will assist in contract snow removal from a busy and high profile site. This position requires a degree of flexibility and agility; if there is snow and ice you will be needed. This job is for you if you are a hard worker, looking for good money and want to be appreciated for what you do!
Responsibilities
Be on call for potentially abnormal and varying shift times.
Work within a crew to remove snow from designated area; shoveling, blowing and plowing as needed.
Report to designated meeting point with a few hours notice (we will do our best to advise you of a shift as
early as possible!) to then transfer as a group to work site.
Arrive on time and dressed for the weather.
Qualifications
Available 24/7 during an active winter storm.
Able to stand for up to an hour at a time.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. individually.
Able to bending and squatting often each day.
Work Environment
Requires periods of extended physical exertion, such as walking, standing, bending, lifting and maneuvering
material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward in shape.
Regular exposure to factors such as temperature extreme and wind gusts. Company enacts safety measures to
make employee comfortable within reasonable means; including providing warm dry shelter area.
Meals are breakfast, lunch and dinner provided as work will require varying shifts.
