Cannady and Son has been providing construction services for Retailers and specialty installations within the southwestern part of Virginia and North Carolina for over 10 years and other parts of Virginia for over 20 We are looking for Sub-contractors and employees with the experience and know how to continue our mission of excellent craftsmanship and professionalism.
Pay is on a per job percentage basis.
Bonuses are rewards for quality and customer satisfaction.
$150 - $250 a day is an average.
The amount will depend on your time management skills.
Currently looking for:
Fencing Contractor/Installer:
Chain link, vinyl, composite, aluminum, etc
Windows:
Replacement and new construction
Ability to use a brake a must!
Door Installer:
Interior/exterior doors applications. Some training will be given so as a consistent installing is performed.
Siding:
Installers/lead:
Deck:
subcontractor for both composite and pressure treated
Cabinets and counter tops:
Kitchen and bath cabinet and counter top installer Experience required.
Requirements:
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to pass random Drug screenings
Minimum 3 years of responsible construction experience
Experience in project planning, scheduling, and cost estimating
Experience supervising and managing jobsite
Possess the competencies, willingness, and ability to perform the duties of position
Valid Driver’s License issued in the United States
Reliable transportation A MUST!
o Preferably a truck to pull a trailer.
Must be willing and able to lift and move items, parts, assemblies and equipment up to the safety regulation maximum.
Must be willing and able to perform physical activities including heavy lifting, climbing in and out of equipment, crawling, and working outdoors.
Time management
Ability to work independently and supervisor your projects.
Preferred:
Own tools and Knowledge of multiple trades/skills.
