Endoscopy Technician

Responsible and accountable for providing direct patient care while assisting Endoscopy staff and Physicians in the performance of Endo procedures. Assists in procedures and the disinfection of endoscopes and equipment. Must be extremely conscientious in the decontamination process and avoidance of cross contamination. Provides individualized patient care from adolescent to geriatric based on established standards of Endo room nursing practice and standards of care. Listen to instruction, anticipate needs, and translate in activity.
