Strong work ethic,cordial, competent, helpful, a good communicator, have excellent customer service skills, courteous towards workers and visitors, not prone to spread rumors about other people, not quickly to get upset, able to solve problems calmly, humble, but dignified, uses discretion, able to work independently or with others, able to interact professionally with hundreds of people a day and knows how to work safely on a busy construction site. The Monday-Friday schedule will be 9AM-6PM or 6AM-3PM. The Saturday and Sunday schedule will be 6AM-5PM. When it is your turn to work Saturday and Sunday. Your work week will be Wednesday -Sunday. This is a job in Charlottesville VA. Whatever days you are scheduled to work each week-you will work 40 hours a week. You must be flexible and able to follow the direction of superintendents. If hired you will be required to work every 3 weeks on Saturday and Sunday. This is not a job that pays under the table. Taxes will be taken out of your check.
