The Property Manager has a vital role in the growth and development of the property. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a growing company!
Your Responsibilities will Include:
Overall management of apartments to ensure that income is maximized, expenses minimized and value preserved and increased.
To achieve goals, objectives, mission statement and policies of the owner and company at a predetermined profit per annual budget.
To provide professional, ethical management and service to residents.
Prepare an annual budget for the apartments. Define financial objectives (monitor monthly).
Implement a plan to reach business objectives (yearly).
To hire, train, schedule and supervise all property associates.
You Will Need
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Knowledge of apartment property management normally acquired by two years of college or comparable work experience.
· Knowledge of apartment property management or management experience normally acquired by one year as a property or assistant manager.
Preferred Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Five years’ experience in property management
