High Volume Restaurant has opening for Part Time Manager. We are a high volume restaurant with an extensive wine list and have a fantastic scratch made menu.
We are looking for someone who is business oriented, self motivated, driven, ready to succeed and has great leadership qualities.
Duties include but are not limited to:
FOH closing and opening
Liquor, beer, wine inventory
Scheduling
Safe counts
Accountability of all staff
Training and developing FOH
Wine training
20-30 hours a week
Up to $18 an hour depending on experience
Prior restaurant management experience preferred but not required.
This is a developmental position with opportunities in salaried management if performance benchmarks are met.
