As Bookkeeper, you will handle all the accounting needs of the organization including preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual statements. You will use Microsoft Dynamics GP to prepare weekly payroll, as well as handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and a bit of a HR. You will report directly to the owner of the organization and will engage with an outside CPA firm to prepare financial statements and tax returns as needed. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to, checking in delivery drivers, verifying and changing invoices, preparing bank deposits, and responding to customers inquiries. Shift hours are 7am-3pm Mon-Fri. Two weeks paid vacation.
