The goal of the analyst is the ensure that mission systems are operating at maximum effectiveness. Candidates will be expected to leverage a wide variety of tools to pinpoint relevant information and provide timely feedback to stakeholders to ensure mission success.Required skills
5+ years of experience working with Wireshark or other network analysis tools
Experience/knowledge of network configurations
Ethernet
IP
MPLS
ATM
Good understanding of various network protocols
Routing protocols
TCP
VoIP
Mobile/Cellular
Tunneling protocols/VPNs
DNS
Application layer protocols
Desired skills
Familiarity with other communications technologies:
Telephony
Mobile communications
Ability to work with large datasets, choosing the proper tools to organize and analyze
Adept at using regular expressions and other parsing techniques
Enjoys exploring binary data, finding patterns, and reverse engineering proprietary protocols
5+ years of experience with creating custom programs/scripts for automating tasks
5+ years of experience working in a Linux command-line environment
Ability to communicate well with customers, developers, and other mission partners
Stays up-to-date on worldwide events/technology trends/cybersecurity
