This is a sub-contractor position. We are looking for experienced Property Inspectors for the western and southwestern areas in the state of Virginia. We have volume in most counties. We are seeking to onboard Inspectors familiar with investor guidelines for both pre-sale and REO properties. You must be able to pass a background check and carry $1 million minimum in General Liability and Error & Omissions Insurance, have a computer with high speed internet access, and have a smart phone with the ability to use WorldAPP and InspectorADE or EZ Inspections. Deadlines are crucial and great performance guarantees more work. Counties: Lee, Wise, Dickenson, Buchanan, Tazewell, Bland, Giles, Montgomery, Roanoke, Craig, Bath, Pulaski, Floyd, Patrick, Carroll, Wythe, Grayson, Smyth, Russell, Washington, Scott.
