Seeking reliable and detail-oriented individual(s) to perform basic janitorial / cleaning work in commercial buildings such as Virginia Tech and various medical facilities. Locations include Christiansburg, Radford and Blacksburg. Masks are required in these facilities.
Job duties include but are not limited to: emptying trash cans and replacing trash bags; taking the trash to the dumpster; wiping sinks; wiping tables/counters; cleaning mirrors and glass surfaces that may have fingerprints; cleaning toilets; sweeping / mopping and/or vacuuming floors.
Hours vary but are typically between 4pm and 11pm. Part-time and full-time hours available.
Work is typically M-F; some buildings may require weekend hours.
Must be able to pass background check. No drug or alcohol issues.
Experience preferred, but will consider training the right person.
You must have reliable transportation.
No subcontractors.
