General Manager
University BP in Radford, VA is currently seeking a General Manager with a high level of motivation, energy, and a customer-focus attitude. This individual will need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a multi-tasking environment while being flexible in responding to changing requirements. As the General Manager you will be involved in all aspects of the business and assist the owner making sure University BP is delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications
ASE certification required Master Tech preferred
Must have VA State Inspection License
Must have a valid drivers license
Knowledge of NAPA TRACS a plus
Must be able to perform computer-based diagnostics
Able to explain needed repairs to customers in an understandable and friendly manner.
Must be flexible in regards to work schedule including every other weekend and some holidays
Towing and recovery experience / knowledge a plus
Starting salary range 50K 65K / year (based on 47.5 hour work week)
Company paid health insurance available (company pays 70% of employee's premium)
