SummaryYou will serve as an intelligence specialist in the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Section, Information Intelligence Strategy and Policy (IIS) Branch, Information Intelligence Division, Deputy Commandant Information (DC I), HQMC, for plans and policy issues associated with the implementation of key tasks, programs, initiatives, and goals outlined within the Marine Corps ISR Enterprise. This position is located in Arlington, VA in the HQ US MARINE CORPS.ResponsibilitiesYou will develop overarching approach to future ISR capabilities across the warfighting functions, all domains, and MAGTF elements.You will coordinate integration of ISR capabilities with all intelligence disciplines.You will supervise the development of new operational concepts, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs); enable developing ISR technologies to affect optimal force design to prepare the MCISRE for current and future combat operations.RequirementsConditions of EmploymentQualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-13 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties such as: 1) Developing Service ISR plans, policy, and doctrine via a multi-domain, cross-functional, and multi-intelligence (multi-INT) approach to enable capability development that organizes, trains, and equips Marine Air-Ground Task Forces (MAGTF) to achieve decision advantage through battle space awareness and timely intelligence. 2) Developing future ISR capabilities across the warfighting functions, all domains, and MAGTF elements and integrating ISR capabilities with all intelligence disciplines. 3) Demonstrating broad knowledge of tactical, theater, and national multi-INT and multi-sensor systems as well as knowledge of intelligence tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination processes. 4) Enabling the integration of relevant and advanced ISR commercial and governmental information technologies (IT), including but not limited to All-Source multi-INT analysis, advanced sensing and analytics, operationalizing data on demand, cloud and edge processing, and national technical means.
