Work you'll do As a Manager within our Finance & Enterprise Performance team you will:
  • Establishing a comprehensive Testing Plan and strategy for a new system implementation to include multiple test phases (unit, integration, user acceptance, performance testing, etc.)
  • Creating business use cases, test scripts and data sheets
  • Organizing and facilitating meetings with clients and team members
  • Be responsible for project(s) financials including development of financial plans
  • Organize and deliver financial consulting services on a cross-section of complex projects
  • Actively participate in the development of business and vendor relationships
  • Focus on managed revenue targets as well as achieving quarterly or yearly sales objectives for new business
  • Lead business development initiatives to grow the Finance team and Federal practice
  • Manage resources and budget on client projects.
  • Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process
  • Manages day-to-day interactions with clients and internal Deloitte team
  • Displays both breadth and depth of knowledge regarding functional and technical issues
  • Displays leadership and business judgment in anticipating client/project needs and developing alternative solutions
  • Provide counseling/coaching, oversight, and support for delivery teams and staff
  • Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities providing input and guidance into the staffing process

The team Finance & Enterprise Performance Our Finance & Enterprise Performance team works as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and key executives. We advise, implement and deliver as-a-service solutions, helping our clients develop strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organization.

Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or other business-related field
  • 6+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in financial analysis, transformation or strategic initiatives
  • 2+ years in a technical or functional lead role for a Momentum implementation
  • Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experience
  • Travel up to 25% or more (While 25% or more travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required Secret Security Clearance for this role

Preferred:
  • Experience mentoring and coaching others
  • Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Experience managing senior-level client relationships
  • Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
  • Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experience
  • Prior professional services or government consulting experience
