SummaryYou will serve as a SUPERVISORY SERVICES MANAGER in the INSTALLATIONS AND LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT of MARCORPS NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION.ResponsibilitiesYou will provide day-to-day direction and guidance necessary to manage an extremely diverse mix of technical, and service related programs.You will assign and review completed work and provide leadership/management guidance on a wide spectrum of installation support services and issues.You will evaluate employee performance, set standards and initiate incentives pay or other rewards.You will review and comment on policy proposed by others that impact installation support services.You will perform the duties of Deputy Assistant Chief of Staff G-4, Marine Corps Installations Command.RequirementsConditions of EmploymentQualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing goals and policy objectives, overseeing performance, and providing guidance on program management.
