This small dynamic team of service experts are responsible for the delivery of the highest quality customer service and sales to Killington Resort guests.Essential Duties:Performing the basic tasks of a ticket seller
Assist guests with complex problems, concerns, feedback, lost and found, and challenging questions.
Ability to take ownership of all guest situations, yet recognizing when to delegate to a supervisor,
Learn and become an expert on the RTP One point-of-sale system from an administrative and guest support perspective.
Able to provide detailed information to guests about resort products, services, events and area activitiesA High School diploma is required and at least an associate's degree in business, marketing, hospitality management or related field or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired is preferred.
2 years of previous customer service experience preferred.
Advanced computer skills required and must be proficient with the MS Office suite
previous experience with a resort POS system desirable and experience with RTP one preferred.
Communicate with and deal effectively with internal staff and guests in a pleasant manner required.
Team player with a positive attitude, excellent communication/people and organizational skills
Multi-task
Remain calm and organized while working in a fast-paced environment and/or when working with difficult or upset guests
