Perform a variety of skilled maintenance and construction tasks involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and/or other trades skills at the Grand Hotel. Respond and interact with guest, and homeowner requests. Assist property management staff with snow removal and other related projects. Must be able to work with moderate supervision and deal effectively with a variety of company departments and personnel. Provide superior customer service at all times and respond to guests in a courteous, efficient manner. Must have your own basic hand tools. Ability to work safely and comply with OSHA regulations required. Basic education (high school), with some formal trades education desirable, plus three to four years of relevant trades apprenticeship, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired. Must be flexible to work day or evening shift. Weekends and holidays required.
