Falcon Plumbing is currently seeking two experienced Journeyman/Master Plumbers and/or Heating Technicians to join our team. We are looking for a highly-skilled, flexible, friendly, team-oriented individual, capable of working independently, as well as functioning effectively as part of a crew on larger projects.

Job Duties

Troubleshoot plumbing and heating equipment and related problems, providing findings and options to the customer.

Complete approved plumbing, gas line, and heating repairs, improvements, or installations to industry specifications and within industry standard hours. Must be gas certified or capable of taking the classes required to become gas certified.

Service and inspect boilers and furnaces. Provide appropriate inspection documentation for building inspections.

Assess and purchase necessary parts to complete scheduled work efficiently and affordably.

Maintain clean and well-organized shop, work vehicle, and equipment. Alert management efficiently when additional tools or repairs to work vehicle are required.

Represent the company in residential contexts and on commercial job sites with the utmost respect for customers and company reputation in the wider community.

Qualifications

At least 3 years professional, hands-on plumbing and/or heating experience in residential and/or commercial contexts. Trade school graduates and individuals with less experience will also be considered.

Complete knowledge of all tools, equipment, and materials needed to perform service on residential and commercial plumbing and heating systems and all codes governing those services.

Proficiency in installing and repairing pvc, copper, cast iron, and pex. Proficiency in installing and troubleshooting older and newer heating systems, ranging from older style hot water boilers and furnaces to modern, low mass, high efficiency boilers.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Clean driving record, valid driver's license, and willingness to submit to a criminal background check.

Ability and willingness to work overtime as necessary and to cover a rotational on-call schedule for after-hour and weekend emergency calls.
