Network Level 2 Support Tech
compensation: Commensurate with experience
employment type: full-time/part time
Managed Services IT - servicing SMB in Burlington and surrounding areas,
Clients are usually 5 to 50 nodes, Microsoft based.
Requirements/Experience
Experience with Microsoft Server Active Directory
Ubitquiti configuration familiarity; Access Points, Routers, Air Max, Cameras etc
Office 365 Migrations, Exchange migrations
Must have firm understanding of TCPIP, DNS and WAN/LAN connectivity and troubleshooting skills
Backup and DR implementations
Must have firm understanding of configuring and implementing file shares, and other network services.
Office 365 Deployment / DNS Record config and manipulation
Gsuite - Configuration, management and implementation
Will often work under little or no supervision, ability to follow through and complete projects required.
Also be able to work with other crew members.
Must be comfortable in front of a customer, work independently and at times experience pressure to complete tasks.
Must have communication skills capable of dealing with customers on a one to one basis and be able to put customers at ease.
Must be a self-starter.
Must be capable of frequent communication and documenting changes
