1. Don't be a tool
2. Respond to buyer and seller inquiriesregularly and consistently
3. Help buyers plan their search by assisting them to identify what they want in their next home, and then helping them find and buy that home!
4. Research properties
5. Help sellers value their homes, prepare them for sale, market, and sell it
6. Guidance with negotiations to help our clients get to where they want to go next
7. Learning, practicing, and memorizing scripts and dialogues to ensure your success and high satisfaction for customers and clients
8. Must live in Central Vermont. When things get busy (and they DO get busy!) driving from Brattleboro or St. Johnsbury is going to get tired really fast. Currently most of our business is in Montpelier, Barre, U32 towns, Northfield, Williamstown, and the Harwood towns.Compensation
