TWO Properties Management is currently seeking a Part Time (which may lead to full time) Individual with excellent phone & organizational skills.
Property Manager Job Responsibilities Include:
-Showing apartments
-Management of tenants through the entire rental process.
-Make phone calls, schedule appointments for prospective tenants.
-Answer all incoming phone calls from prospective tenants along with existing tenants.
-Make timely collection of rent payments
-Generate applications, leases and lease renewals for tenants.
-Accept property maintenance calls from tenants and generate work orders as needed.
-Follow up on work orders through completion with maintenance team.
-Work as a team with other office staff.
Office Assistant Job Responsibilities Include:
-Sorting mail for tenants in the office building.
-Answering phones and relaying messages to office tenants.
-Greeting & assisting clients
Requirements:
-Valid Driver's License
-Excellent Phone Skills
-Professional and Enthusiastic Attitude
-Knowledge of property management, financial matters and previous office experience preferred
-Customer Service
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
