Return House, a 10 bed Transitional Housing facility for young men ages 18-25 coming out of incarceration is seeking a House Manager.
Return House is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with shifts from 7:15 am - 2:45 pm; 2:30 pm - 10:00 pm & 9:45 pm - 7:30 am.
We are looking for an energetic team player who is capable of fostering positive and supportive relationships with our Residents while maintaining professional boundaries. This position requires working closely with the Director to ensure the highest level of operational efficiency including, but not limited to: inventory control, food shopping, training of new employees and overall maintenance of the residence. Candidates must be able to encourage Residents in all areas of the recovery process. A sense of humor is a plus.
The House Manager works 2nd shift (2:30pm to 10:00pm) Monday through Friday. Successful applicants must: have a HS Diploma or GED, a clean driving record, reliable transportation and the ability to acquire computer skills. Background check required.

This position pays 13.00 per hour, sick and vacation time are accrued after a probation period.
