The Burlington Country Club is excited to announce a job opening for a Clubhouse Grounds Supervisor. We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual, that wants to be part of a cohesive team to provide an exceptional presentation of our facility. We are seeking a candidate looking to work on a team to design, plant, and maintain a visually attractive landscape setting at our Clubhouse, pro shop, pool area, and vegetable gardens. This person should be driven to provide outstanding results, willing to be part of positive atmosphere, and able to work independently on routine responsibilities. The Burlington Country Club provides an excellent greenspace work environment at an outstanding golf facility. We are interested in coaching/training the right individual to learn in areas such as: annual garden design, plant selection, fertility, pruning and seasonal installations.

The Burlington Country Club is an 18-hole golf course, established in 1924 and designed by Donald Ross. It is a membership owned Private Golf Club with difficult greens and hilly, tree-lined fairways. The Burlington Country Club is one of Vermont's premier golf venues, offering views of Mount Mansfield and Camels Hump, and located only minutes from the shores of Lake Champlain. Burlington Country Club offers golf, swim, fine dining, and a great natural grass driving range. In 2016, The Burlington Gardens Club voted the Burlington Country Club, Best Gardens in Burlington.

In addition to horticultural skills and knowledge, candidates should be independent, organized, communicative, and have good problem-solving attributes. A great experience for a motivated individual to show artistic abilities with landscape presentation.
