Line, Saute & Prep Cook (Southern VT, Brattleboro, Putney)

We are looking for a reliable, experienced team player to work with our great kitchen staff. Part time position for dinner from 2:00 until 9:30 or 10:00. Wednesday & Saturday saute position; Thursday & Friday grill position. We are closed Sundays and Mondays. We need someone who is experienced and has skills such as meat cooking temps down, capable of multitasking with grill and fryer and fast at prepping.
