We are seeking a motivated, energetic and personable individual for the position of Inn Attendant. This position includes all duties associated with assisting the owners of a 9 guest room Bed & Breakfast lodging property, including housekeeping and breakfast server position. Prior housekeeping experience and work references are required however we will provide training to you on our business model. This position requires someone who can demonstrate attention to detail, is highly reliable, trustworthy and extremely efficient. Must be able to work independently as well as interface with guests and owners in a positive and friendly manner. Position is fast-paced and physically demanding.
While the responsibilities of this position are primarily housekeeping the success of our business is dependent on a team approach with Hospitality and Service as the primary foundation elements of our highly recommended B&B.
We can provide an above average hourly rate plus guest gratuities to a highly qualified applicant. We also provide seasonal bonuses for recognized excellence in service (summer, fall foliage and winter).
