Incoming Materials Technician in Burlington, MAAMRI provides global contract research and manufacturing services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.The Incoming Materials Technician is an integral part of the AMRI team, contributing to our success by having responsibility for the receipt, inspection, sampling, and release of incoming materials and components.Join our talented workforce, where a commitment to excellence and a customer focused attitude is everything. We pursue excellence because our work has the power to improve patients’ lives with the pharmaceuticals we develop and manufacture.In this role, you will:· Inspect and sample incoming material to verify identity, quantity and quality of all raw materials and components to be used in the making of a drug product· Ability to perform raw material sampling using aseptic and other techniques· Communicating with internal laboratories and third party laboratory’s to adhere to testing schedule· Collaborating with QA Operations department on timelines for material review· Write and review MaterialSpecifications· Author departures (NCMR, Deviations, CAPA and others)· Interpret chemical and microbiological test results to be able to create CofA· Ship samples to third party laboratories for testing and completing the appropriate paperwork associated accuratelyQualifications and background to be successful in this role:

Required· Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or microbiology strongly preferred· 1 years’ experience in a GMP or GLP environment· Strong understanding of USP, EP, JP and other Compendia· Understanding of raw material testing requirements· An understanding of hand measurement tools (Verniers, calipers, pin gauges and others)· Must be able to pass the sterile gowning qualification as a condition of employmentPreferred· Previous cleanroom or cGMP experience highly desiredAll interested applicants must apply online.
