Coordinate, schedule and assist with large and small scale learning sessions delivered in-person and/or remotely in various locations. May include creation of project plans, name tags, session materials and other deliverables as required. Manage session room set-up/break-down, including furniture arrangement, audio visual preparation, training material distribution and storage, catering, etc. Partner with instructors, facilities management, IT teams and catering services as needed. Track and maintain attendance rosters and other related reporting. Create and manage calendar invites (MS Outlook) and other related correspondence. Create and manage spreadsheets (MS Excel) and presentations (MS Powerpoint). Recommend ways to improve the accuracy and efficiency of learning and development activities, best practices and record keeping. Work on various projects in support of team objectives as assigned.
