Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Exposure to Oracle Fusion Middleware, SOA Suite, HDL, HSDL and PBL is a plus.Detailed DescriptionThe successful candidates will play the role of a HCM Cloud Technical Lead/ Technical consultant on customer engagements. They will:
Assist clients in the implementation of HCM Cloud Applications and associated conversions, integrations and reports using Oracle HCM Cloud technologies
Advise clients on the best practices around HCM Cloud Applications and Technologies
Help clients with upgrades and roadmaps
Work effectively with client management and client architects and lead technical discussions and assessments
Plan technical tasks and implementation details
Design and develop HCM Cloud Environment Management Plans
Help clients with Fast Formula and Groovy Scripting for HCM Cloud Applications
Manage developers, customer resources, partners and offshore teams as applicable
Assist with business development from time to time
Help mentor junior consultants
Job Requirements
10 years or more experience in software and IT with at least 5 years in HCM Cloud Applications and technology
Consulting experience working with different clients desirable
In depth experience with HCM Cloud Applications
Highly desirable to have HCM Cloud Applications or EBS Applications experience
In depth experience with HDL, HSDL, PBL, Fast Formula and Groovy Scripting
Exposure to Oracle Fusion Middleware and SOA suite desirable
Core knowledge of J2EE, XML and Web service standards desirable
Strong communication and consulting skills
Technical Lead experience on one or more projects
Experience working with Offshore and managing developers preferred
Ability to travel 100% US Nationwide - Candidates can live anywhere in the US but must be able and willing to travel US Nationwide Mon Thurs/Fri
