Noor Associates Inc. is hiring Call Center Representative/Customer Service Representatives for a global, outsourcing company located in Burlington, Vermont. Our client was ranked number 7 on Fortune 500 magazine.

As a Call Center Representative/Customer Service Representatives, successful candidates will provide information and assistance for individuals, families, small group employees, brokers and in person assistors seeking medical coverage.

Job Responsibilities:

Informs individuals regarding enrollment, benefit counseling, eligibility and enrollment

Utilize the Vermont State's eligibility, enrollment portal and Customer Relationship Management software and other State systems to perform all tasks and duties to ensure delivery of high quality service

Full time, Monday through Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm during training (2-4 weeks in length)

Classroom training is typically 7 days long followed by approximately 2 weeks of on the job training (taking calls) with trainer support

Hourly rate is $13/hr plus medical benefits
