The best Tax Preparer for this role will be someone who is skilled, great time management, and is able to communicate well with others.The Tax Preparer will be over the following: Independently prepare tax returns (mostly individual, corporate, partnerships, FBARS) The tax preparer will be responsible for accurately preparing, checking and filing tax return forms and for gathering information to do so by interviewing clients about their investments, their expenses, and any unusual or significant events of the previous year, such as a new job, retirement, home improvements, or capital losses or gains Provide exceptional customer service Other duties as assignedRequirements Tax resolution experience is a plus 2+ years of experience preparing 1040 and 1041 tax returns Qualified applicants must be self-starters and computer literateAll applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States.© 2019 Accountemps.
