Job Description
As the Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll work as a member of the Demand Gen team where you’ll share responsibility for driving funnel efficiency, pipeline acceleration, marketing systems, and data for marketing metrics. As a collaborative partner with Sales Operations, Business Operations, and Marketing you play a key role in process development and efficiency. Reporting to the Director of Demand Gen, you’ll be the champion of tools and systems, ensuring that the demand tech stack operates as one machine to drive growth and propel the MX revenue engine forward.
What you’ll get to doCollaborate and connect Sales, Marketing, and Customer success across the entire customer lifecycle through unified metrics and data.
Lead and develop operational initiatives for our revenue engine working with Sales and Business Operations.
Identify opportunities using results data and recommend operational improvements and strategy to optimize the company's ability to generate more revenue and improve customer retention.
Drive solutions with the systems & tools, business operations, and sales enablement; Ownership of the technical martech stack (Marketo, LeanData, Siftrock, ) and ensure utilization, compliance, and connectivity of additional technology systems (6sense, SFDC, Outreach, Domo, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, advertising platforms, etc.)
Establish effective business and department development metrics, lead/opportunity/pipeline forecasting, etc.
Implement, update, and oversee multi-touch marketing attribution reporting and ROI.
Oversee data visibility, integrity, and cleanliness across systems and throughout the entire sales and marketing funnel from Lead to Customer.
Provide recommendations on and evaluate, manage and train stakeholders on industry tools & resources that can be leveraged to drive efficiency throughout the revenue organization.
Achieve expert status in business and industry trends as it relates to the marketing operations and revenue growth functions.
Qualifications
You’ll do it using your…-
3-5 years of experience managing B2B tech stack, preferably:
CRM Systems: Saleforce.com
Marketing Automation: Marketo Certified (Hubspot experience a plus), Siftrock
Lead routing: LeanData
Data and reporting: Domo, Google Analytics, Excel, etc.
Experimental channels: Quora, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
A maniacal focus on efficiency and accuracy through the funnel, ensuring lead velocity and driving maximum throughput
A data-driven approach to marketing and conversion
An iterative builder’s mindset, meaning the ability to constantly monitor and optimize digital programs
Ability to both take direction and provide strategic insight
Thinking like an owner (having a “founder’s mindset”)
