Owner is out of town. Need someone to take care of extremely lite-duty property mgt of 3 high-end rental units. We pay $70 per unit; there are 3 units. These are long-term easy tenants, relatively easy management. We look for someone who has:
1) basic knowledge of landlord-tenant laws/policies/standards. Also need ability to communicate well on lease-compliance issues, if necessary.
2) much or MOST of this work can be done remotely from home by TEXT and by PHONE communications with tenants. Occasionally, in-person meeting might be required with tenant, for example for: move-in, move-out, inspections, etc. (maybe 3 - 4 times a year). Generally speaking, you can make your own hours.
3) organizational skills needed re: tenant documents (leases, applications, keys, etc.).
4) note: you will not be required to handle or receive any monies. That is handled by others.
