RECRUITER (Cedar City, UT)
Genpak,LLC a well established manufacturer of food packing products, has an opportunity for an experienced candidate to become a member of our Human Resource group, with the major focus being the recruiting effort.
Responsibilities will include:
Recruiting qualified candidates to meet our production needs through various sourcing avenues;
Participating in job fairs and developing community relations;
Developing strategies to recruiting and retain talent in a challenging/tight labor market environment;
Onboarding process through orientation;
Developing various metrics to measure efforts in area of recruitment;
Participating in human resource generalist duties as assigned by Human Resource Manager for our 2 Plant operations.
Experience Required:
2-4 years prior experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment preferred;
1-2 years prior experience as a human resource generalist;
Experience recruiting through various scouring avenues and job boards;
Strong experience with Microsoft products- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publish, etc
Experience with ADP or similar system helpful.
