Client Support Team Meeting Presenter

The Client Support Meeting Presenter will be responsible for delivering informational presentations both in-person and virtually to our new and ongoing participants. This role will ensure that the participant is well-informed and has all the necessary information at hand to successfully complete their healthcare transition to the individual marketplace. The presenter will need to foster relationships with participants and within WTW and is expected to utilize the right processes, tools, and technology. Responsibilities will include creating, modifying, and presenting informational resources, along with working closely with other WTW teams to ensure accurate information is relayed in presentations. Other responsibilities include venue planning, technology oversight and internal support roles. The Client Support Meeting Specialist will liaise with the client services, marketing, enrollment operations, and sales operations teams to collaborate and contribute to the overall success of the company.
