Skinworks School of Advanced Skincare is looking for a part-time evening/Saturday receptionist to join our team. Enjoy working with our loyal clients, students, instructors and our admissions team on daily task and special projects.
TASK INCLUDE: Answering 4 phone system, scheduling spa appointment for various skill levels, and 50-70 students. Greeting clients & students as they arrive. Maintaining the files by filing and inputting customer information. Maintaining a clean and organized work space, and lobby.
POSITION DAY/TIMES:
Tuesday-Thursday 4:45 PM-10:30 PM
Every Other Saturday 8:45 AM-5:00 PM
