Your hands will be the tools needed to perfect someones home before their move- in day.
Working alongside the Maintenance Service Director, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting the required maintenance necessary to maintain curb appeal and the overall appearance and quality of the property, including, but not limited to, making ready of units, maintenance for current residences, and maintaining grounds and recreational facilities.
