We would like to announce the opening of a Property Manager position.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
Responsible for performance of operations with a purpose of creating net operating income reporting lines from the sub-region to the regional office and in turn to the management company.
Improving the overall financial performance of the property by increasing revenues and controlling expenses while maintaining Company standards.
Develop and set project goals to maximize revenue and control expenses.
With the assistance of the community staff, prepare annual budgets.
Analyze monthly statements and variances for the property and report those variances to the owner.
Maximize revenue by control of expenses and/or improved income.
Responsible for the overall profitability and financial direction, coordination, and evaluation of the community under his/her supervision.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable laws.
Other duties include - interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
