Pool Attendants: Summer season
We are looking for professional, fun, hardworking and socially engaging employees to work at the Glenwild Pool this season. The Glenwild Pool Attendant is directly responsible for member and guest satisfaction at the pool area.
Essential Job Duties:
Provides exceptional service to all Members and their guests.
Member/guest check-in and provides towels.
Restock all products in the facility: towels, robes etc.
Ensure the cleanliness and order of the pool and hot tub area, clearing and resetting towels and chair covers when guests leave, in readiness for the next guest.
Assist the Patio Servers with clearing of service wear to the kitchen.
Soiled towels and trash to be removed frequently.
Be attentive to guests.Make sure children are adequately supervised by their parents.
Perform regular walk-through inspections ensuring bathroom and shower areas are clean and stocked.
Observe safety procedures at all times, anticipate potential hazards and advise members and their guests.
Inform their direct supervisor of any Pool and Hot tub related issues, temperature of the pool or hot tub, damage to the pool area etc.
