Process Technician - Reporting & PackagingWorking within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, the Process Technician in the Reporting and Packaging department is responsible for a variety of tasks associated with the assembly, review, and delivery of genetic test results. This is a full-time day shift Monday-Friday.Responsibilities may include:

Prepare patient records and test results for clinical review.

Assemble report packages; initiate electronic and physical delivery.

Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and process exceptions.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase quality and efficiency.

Ensure high levels of accuracy through standard work and attention to detail.

Qualifications:Minimum education: high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred Ideal candidates will be:

Detail oriented, analytical, and good with time management.

Collaborative, adaptable, and flexible when working with others in a team environment.

Strong with written and verbal communication.
