The KBM Closing Team Leader position is responsible for the closing quality control and compliance review of loan files. This position also ensures that all first mortgage loans are reviewed, ready for delivery and insured. Further more, this position is responsible for ensuring the final documents are received on a timely basis to meet all Agency/Investor/Servicing delivery timeframes.The KBM Closing Team Leader directs the closing team to ensure all files are received within specific timeframes from the Closing Attorney/ Title Company and all collateral is secured and communicated accordingly.
