A/R Resolution Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY: With general direction, the A/R Resolution Specialist performs a variety of routine and non-routine accounts receivable related functions to ensure accurate billing and customer satisfaction. This role primarily entails responsibility for working with customer accounts where issues arise that necessitate further research to resolve the matter.
