Our client in Salt Lake City is looking for multiple customer service professionals to join their growing team! Multiple shifts available. All positions will require a rotating weekend schedule working 1 Saturday every 4-6 weeks.
Essential Functions
Answer 80+ inbound calls to assist customers with carious questions and concerns of behalf of different clients throughout the United States
Document customer calls and ensure information is recorded efficiently and accurately
Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced metrics-driven environment.
Qualifications
6 months+ of customer service experience. Call center experience preferred
Ability to work a variety of shifts based on client's needs
