Customer Service Representative - West Jordan, UT
Job Summary:
In this vital full time position, you will receive orders from customers and sales representatives, utilize telephone sales skills to create a professional image, and respond to customer inquiries.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maximize telephone skills to present a professional image of Wurth Louis and Company
Utilize selling skills to “upsell” customer orders, suggest possible substitutes on out-of-stock products, and reaffirm the company image as a service-based organization to the customer
Receive customer orders and process them accurately with proper documentation
Expedite shipments when appropriate
Respond effectively to customer inquiries regarding products, stock checks, back orders, pricing
Resolve customer complaints
Receive and properly document sales rep/customer messages and relay them promptly
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Data entry experience
Professional communication skills
Woodworking Industry experience
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma required, college degree preferred
Physical Requirements:
This work requires the following physical activities: climbing, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, reaching, sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs. of material, finger dexterity for activities such as data entry and calculator use, grasping, repetitive motions, speaking, hearing, visual acuity including close vision, and mobility between locations. Use of both hands is required.
