We are currently seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Assistant with A/P experience. It's not required but preferred.
The Accounts Payable Assistant position is high volume work with a requirement for high accuracy. The position consists of the below but is not limited to these items
Set-up vendors as needed
Book miscellaneous journal entries
Balance bank recs - monthly list
Process weekly a/p draws
Monthly A/P Audits
Mail Checks
Request missing vendor information
Process 1099 & 1096's yearly
Assist in the Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Financial Statements
Scan checks via desktop deposit
Scan bank recs & draw packets
