This team of engineers provides a spectrum of technology services which facilitate Connor Groups deep accounting expertise in Technical Accounting, IPOs, M&As, and Financial Operations to deliver technical solutions of unmatched value.
The Senior Software Lead Engineer is responsible for leading the people, projects, process, and resources for the successful implementation and delivery of robust, high quality, scalable, resilient, and secure software solutions on schedule. The focus areas for this position include stakeholder management, software development culture, strategic planning, project prioritization, roadmap alignment, quality assurance, problem resolution, and technical operations.
Responsibilities:
Provide engineering expertise in the areas of techniques, tooling, problem solving, documentation/specifications, product maintenance, languages, and use of third-party and/or Open Source products.
Provide leadership to distributed, cross-functional teams (including off-shore team members)
o Develop Agile project plans
o Assemble project teams
o Control project execution
o Ensure project compliance with quality and development processes
o Motivate project teams to deliver outstanding products
Track progress and drive any type of project to completion.
Demonstrate strong leadership to foster a collaborative culture
Assist in the development and management of policies and procedures that affect Program Management
Work on multiple projects simultaneously
Identify and initiate new concepts and opportunities
Other duties as assigned
Skills/Experience:
Strong understanding of complex technology environments, tools, and processes.
Senior experience of software design patterns and architectural principles
Senior Experience with OO languages: C# preferred
Senior Experience with Web development: HTML, JavaScript
Technical understanding of Web technologies, SQL & NoSQL, Cloud/AWS, virtualization, networking, DevOps, and modern deployment automation.
Experience leading and mentoring software developers of varying skill levels.
Deep understanding of Agile, and waterfall software development and CI/CD practices.
Strong technical problem solving skills.

B.S. Computer Science or 10+ years professional experience
As needed, up to 25% international travel may be required.
