I've recently started a new business doing flooring installation (including tile, wood, lvp, laminate). I'm looking for a tile setter who is interested in growing with me and the business. I am very interested in finding someone I can trust and who would like to develop a long term, mutually beneficial relationship.
At times you will be working as part of a 2 or 3 man team, and other times, you will be managing projects on your own, so previous experience laying tile (floors, back splashes, tub surrounds) is a must. Pay is depending on experience and depending on the role for the project (e.g. managing projects pays higher than being a helper on a project), but I pay fairly and am not looking to get something for nothing. I believe in respect, honesty, integrity, and quality. Y tambien hablo espanol.
Key Requirements:
1+ years of experience laying tile
Reliable transportation to get to and from projects
Drug free and respectful of others
