Required Skills:
1st and/or 3rd party collections experience
Retention/Escalation experience
Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus
Ability to remain calm and focused under stressful conditions.
Strong negotiating skills
Willing and able to work Saturday hours, as needed
Must be able to pass a background check
