Job Description
As a Recruiter you will be responsible for assisting in our full cycle recruitment program. This includes identifying potential hires, interviewing and evaluating candidates, running background checks, scheduling manager interviews, and much more. You will be playing an important role in building a strong relationship with all our potential employees to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees.
Responsibilities- Screen incoming applications and resumes
- Interview candidates (via phone)
- Follow candidates throughout the pipeline of the interviewing process
- Work with managers to schedule interviews and follow-up on candidates
- Extend and send job offers
- Report to HR Manager
Qualifications
- Recruiting experience (preferred)
- Google Docs and Microsoft office proficiency required
- Experience over the phone
- Open to change and a growing department
- Experience with sourcing techniques a plus
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
Additional Information
