This position reports to the F-22 Configuration Management (CM) organization located in Fort Worth, TX. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to perform as a member of the F-22 CM Team. As such, this individual will perform hardware and software configuration tracking functions in a Fielded Depot environment for depot aircraft at Hill AFB, UT. The candidate will interact, on a daily basis, with site leadership, working level management (Government and LM), Quality Assurance personnel, IFG Mods and Heavy Maintenance (MHM) Team, and the F-22 OO-ALC Depot Modification Team as the F-22 Depot Configuration Manager. Specific tasks will include auditing maintenance of aircraft configuration status accounting records to ensure airworthiness is maintained, perform physical audits of aircraft areas open during the mod cycle, review the configuration obtained from Integrated Maintenance Information System (IMIS) as well as the maintainers physical work cards. The candidate will further reduce IMIS to U.S. Air Force Reliability and Maintainability Information System (REMIS) out-of-sync data errors, create Corrosion Air Force Technical Order (AFTO) 95's for all F-22 depot aircraft after completion of mod span, and correct configuration errors on fielded Raptors inducted for modification at the Hill AFB Depot. The successful candidate must possess strong oral and written communication skills.Location of employment: Hill Air Force Base, UtahMust be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. A Secret Security Clearance is required, and a clearance investigation must have been conducted within the last 5 years prior to start.
