Position: Facilities or Multi-Property Manager
Location: Wichita Falls, TX
We are in search of an operations focused car wash and self-storage property manager, who is eager to learn and grow within the company. The ideal candidate for this position is detail focused, high energy, outgoing, and self-motivated, who enjoys a variety of duties and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee operations, supply orders, maintenance, administration, and improvement of properties and maintaining facility appearance.
Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine repair or maintenance needs.
Act as a liaison between tenants and company.
Distribute monthly invoices and all past due notices using management software tools
Investigate complaints, disturbances, violations, and resolve issues following management rules and regulations.
Inspect and upkeep property common areas, units, office, and grounds on a regular basis.
Offer recommendations to management regarding improvements to the overall operation of properties
Make daily deposits for rent collections and other miscellaneous income.
Maintain general working knowledge of state laws in regard to the collection of delinquent accounts and lists liened units for online auctions.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Deliver consistent high-quality service to customers
Problem solve through a variety of challenges ranging from customer inquiries, equipment issues, technology problems, etc.

Qualifications:
No previous industry related experience is necessary, only the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Management experience is preferred
Highly motivated individual with record of success in work, school, and community
Meet physical requirements of the position, which include long hours on your feet and lifting up to 50lbs.
Willing and able to pass a background check
Valid driver’s license and personal transportation is required
