ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Process and sort inventory for sale on eBay & Amazon.
Sort and inventory electronics, computers & computer parts.
Utilize computer and internet databases (Google, eBay, Amazon) to determine average sale price for items.
Take detailed photographs of and list items for sale on various Ecommerce platforms.
Edit, crop, resize, and adjust item photographs using photo editing software when necessary.
Utilize keywords and detailed descriptions to increase price and sell-through of items listed for sale on Ecommerce platforms.
Meet listing and production quotas throughout the day to achieve daily goals and metrics.
Label and sort listed items into proper inventory space, possibly pulling sold items for shipment.
Assist in responding to customer emails, phone inquiries, customer pick-ups and shipping service.
Help ensure high standards of customer service and address issues/complaints in a timely manner.
Assist with housekeeping and maintenance of department cleanliness
Perform other related duties as required.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Experience and education equivalent to High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to read, write, and speak English and understand verbal/written instructions.
Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience utilizing digital cameras preferred.
Ability to edit photos using photo editing software.
Experience buying/selling online using eBay, Amazon, Shopify, etc. preferred.
Ability to work independently or on a team.
Highly organized and great attention to detail.
Ability to respond customer service inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to handle and move large amounts of material around work site.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
Repetitive pushing, pulling, stretching, reaching, kneeling, stooping, standing and bending.

Perform or assist with any duties or operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements.
